Depends on how you tolerate NPP (gives my gyno) and depends on if you need an AI or not (EQ acts as an AI).

I done Test/Eq/Mast and didn’t like it at all. I would do Test/npp/mast but if you respond well to Eq, Test/npp/Eq is an option.
