That's fine man, the (-)-epicatechin is extremely synergistic, so if some people run it along side other supplements thats ok, just point out what all you're taking on your log.

Mine arrived - going out of town tomorrow early for a wedding this weekend, then a funeral Monday :( Log will begin early next week when training resumes. I'll link it here.

The only person who (-)-epi I didn't get out in the mail before I left town for the Olympia was travwj, I didn't realize u lived in Australia, lol, but I'll get u one shipped out when I get back in town bud

Hoping to get log up tonight; her best friend got married Saturday and I buried my best friend Monday. Started last night.
