Beta Sitosterol/Relora vs. Stress

I'm trying to lower high cortisol levels with beta sitosterol and possibly by throwing some relora in the mix as well. Does anyone know what the suggested doses are for these/what times are best to take them both around the workout and throughout the day?
 
don't know about beta sisterol but I've had a few good runs with Relora and PS.

Take Relora spread through the day 300mg morning, 300@ lunch ,300mg at dinner. On workout days take one dose Preworkout. I prefer it stacked with a PS (phoshatidylserine) product. My favorite is EndoAmp Max from primordial performance.

Also, I like to ramp up the dose (usually over two weeks) to 1200mg on wo days and taper back down 300mg a day before stopping completely.
