Beta carotene tan

Did a little research on tanning pills and saw the safest would probably be just straight beta carotene. Have any of y'all tried it? And how were the results?

No I've read somewhere before that too much beta keratin will give your skin an orange color but I've never seen it done. Try it and post pics if you come out orange

You may wanna look into canthaxanthin- probably a bit more effective for what you're after as it produces more of golden bronze color vs the yellowy/orange/jaundiced look beta carotene will produce.
 
Yea I was thinking about using that, just saw that the sides were a lot more severe so thats what made me opt for beta carotene. I'll see how it goes, and will post pics
 
Well I have before and afters and I would deffinetaly have to say it worked really well and I'm not orange lol

Deffinetaly recommend this for all you pale brahs out there lol
