mDeezy Member Oct 14, 2008 #2 I take them together preworkout all the time, and it works very well for me. Not to mention many preworkout cocktails include both. Try 200mg caffeine and 2g beta-alanine and see how it works for you, it certainly won't harm your body in any way.
