Any recommendations on original Yohimbe Bark vs Yohimbine HCL?

What dosage do people see results for fat loss?

Yohimbe Bark is garbage. You want the extract, Yohimbine.

NutraKey brand Yohimbine is a good one. Super cheap too and lasts forever.

I would start at 3mg to assess tolerance and then increase by half a capsule. I usually do 4.5-5mg. 6mg is where I start to feel a little uncomfortable.

These guys are correct, HCL is the way to go. The extract is all you care about not the whole bark.
SNS offers both yhcl and alpha y that are the standard great quality and price

Full spectrum can have a lot of side effects. Really hard to get the right yohimbine dosage when the other alkaloids add up side effects quickly.

Primaforce Y-HCl has great reviews. I would avoid Nutricost on Amazon as many reviews said it felt almost nothing at 5 mg.

Agreed with this. HCL is definitely the way to go in my opinion.
