Wednesday : rest

Thursday: lat pulldowns 4sets of 6 barbell row 4 sets of 6 t-bar row 4 sets of 6 standing shoulder barbell press 4 sets of 8 sitting military press 4sets of 6 Arnold press 4sets of 10

Friday : dead lift : 6 sets of 8

Saturday : cardio and abs

Sunday : rest
 
the best plan is fork curls and spoon lifts. other than that, lift big and rest big.

5/3/1 is one options. try the pyramid variation with lots of volume in the accessory work. maybe the boring but big template.
 
Agree. You are going to get your bulk from eating, then eating, and then eating on top of that. Then workout and proper rest.
