Best workout lifting app for iPhone?

Looking for an app that is easy to use, allows you to enter in your own workouts, tracks workouts historically, and calculates when you set an RM. I’m not opposed to paying for an app if it is good quality. Any suggestions?

Bump. Anyone?

HeavySet is highly customizable. Ease of use is related user experience, but there are support videos and the developer is responsive.

5/3/1 is very easy to use and calculate your max based of you reps and so on, they only track your max on the main 4 lifts but you can customize and add lifts.

nSuns also track your lifts but I never used that one.

Do both of those apps work for any program or oblivion the specific 5/3/1 plan?

5/3/1 is based of the main 4 but you can add your own assistance exercises.

nSuns is a little different but also based of the main 4.

I use 5/3/1 a bit, it’s good when you chasing numbers. It’s not ideal for bodybuilding but you can build muscle on it. I gained weight without even trying on it.
