Best workout for mass while using Test Cyp?

I am on week 3.7 of my 10 week test cyp @ 450mg a week cycle.

I know it doesn't kick in til week 4-5 but I am looking for a proper workout to maximize results while using the cyp.

Does anyone have a good one?

Well, what are you doing now and what is your goal? The workout doesn't change just because you are on something, the goal changes it.
