Best weight gainer?

i hear ya. when it comes to a gainer the key is more calories between meals when you are already eating a lot and in addition to that they are quick calories which are ideal for post training and breakfast. So get one you like or make your own if you can. Take it in your food cooler and chug it after training.
 
I'm deciding to just drink a gallon of milk a day.. it's cheaper... and I'm broke.. but no one cares about this thread enough to conclusively prove which is best out of all :P
 
I BEG to differ. search the NET. There are good gainers out there. i know guys that buy bulk oats, bananas, peanut butter, and mix that stuff, or search the net like i said for cheap gainers on sale. Either way, but whatever works to get the calories in.

I care.
 
lol, Isomass isn't bad. It gets you the calories, BCAAs, and a bunch of creatine with every serving. The downside is that many of the calories come from Maltodextrin, which has a pretty high GI. So, if you can't get your calories in another way, it's a good gainer, but obviously making a homemade version and replacing the malto with oats or something is going to be a little better.
 
Interesting. Was it good weight though, or muscle. If it was muscle you werent eating enought calories to maintain muscle mass. I would keep it, and just eat more, and use UP YOUR MASS.
 
Im a huge fan of MHP Up Your Mass.

No bloat or gas, great breakdown, and they have a new Peanut Butter flavor Im dying to try out. I also look for weight gainers without sugar. This is all complex carbs - Id rather add them myself as needed since im sensitive. Good price too.

In addition, consider adding Animal M Stack to your regimen. I've had good success with it to help make the most of my nutrition. I take out the red pill - **** gives me migraines.
 
No it was fat, still had muscle mass. Just couldn't use it because id end up having to eat double of the foods I was eating.
