Keep calories @ daily needs or at an increase + Increase workout intensity add cardio?
 
whats your stat and do you want to do this naturally?

Also cut calories and cardio post workout but watch out cause too much is bad and you'll lose too much muscle.
 
5'11 200. About 18% BF. Yes naturally, I have everything for a cycle of Halovar, but in waiting until drop BF add some more muscle
