Best way to take liquid Torem?

First time using and tried searching for how to take it but only came up with "orally". Do i take it by itself or do i have to mix it in water or juice? thanks guys.

Either squirt it in the back of your mouth or into a little water and shoot it

Yea. Or if ur hardcore you could do it sublingually (put under tongue) May sting but most oral liquids droppers respond pretty good this way.
