Thank you. I’ve enjoyed it so far, my morning workouts feel slightly better but that could be placebo as I’m coming onto my second week. The reason for switching is that from my own research I’m led to believe that we produce more GH whilst we sleep, and so as MK just boosts these natural releases at the normal times rather than release GH in itself, I figured that MK could have slightly more potential if you time the full potency with sleep. Essentially you produce GH the same amount of times, and at the same times, as if you were natural, so why allow the compound to wear off at least 12 hours before the golden spot? This is a massive simplification of course as we do still produce some GH during the day, but you get my point.
Also, anecdotally, I’m starting to notice the lethargy and so I’m hoping the PM dose could counterract this. I also had a nap this morning a couple of hours after my dose and it was an amazing 90 minute sleep so if the MK has influenced this (which I’ve heard it can) then I want to have sleep like that at night- with my AM doses I’m not getting that yet.
As far as I am aware, the only plus side to an AM dose is taking advantage of the boost in appetite, but I’m not looking to bulk and I don’t struggle with eating either, so I don’t need this benefit. This is just my viewpoint though, I’d be open to sticking with AM if there’s anything I have missed or am wrong about.
