best type of cardio to reduce bp/hr

Title says it all. Both are a little elevated wanna try to bring it down.

I would do a combo of interval sprints and some times take a long walk, I myself like to run hills and walk down for my intervals and for the walk find somewhere that's relaxing to you. It will take a little while to notice the benefits but it will happen before you know it. Just make those a part of your daily routine and you'll be good to go
