That might be fine for some, but not for all... I have a female tester who dosed it similarly (very stim-sensitive) and experienced some sleep issues. So just be aware of that.
Normally, I'd say simply, one upon waking, one 4-5 hours later, one 4-5 hours later (and timing one before you train). All on an empty stomach (at least 90-120mins. away from food in either directions is ideal).
