best time to workout?

hey everyone. Ive been on a pretty good diet the past 30 days. lost 2% body fat. what i wanted to know was, when is the best time to hit the treadmill? in the morning before breakfast? at night? i usually go to the gym after school which is at 3:PM 2 hours after i eat lunch. thanks for any suggestions.
 
Low impact cardio before breakfast (sip on some BCAA's)

Workouts (for muscle building), there is anecdotal evidence suggesting an evening, late night workout is most effective.
