well i was going to have it revolve around meal times, obviously hunger is a issue with the ghrelin increase, i just dont wanna feel like sh*t if i cant get food on my stomach
so im thinking 300 mcg a day to start off, and have it so i get
100mcg3x daily......thinking maybe around lunch, pre or post work-out (not sure whats better), and one right before bed time that way im in a fasted state and carbs aren't a issue
