i like to take 6 caps per day. i usually take it spread out like 1 cap every couple hours. i noticed someone saying 3 caps before u lift and 3 around bed time. seeing what people found best?
Prob depends when you lift - if this is close to bedtime then it may be worth splitting the dose. I train at 6:30am and used to take 3 at 6am and then another 2 just prior to going to bed at 10pm or so. On non-training days I would take 2 tabs upon rising (7:30am) and still stick with the 2 pre-bed dose.
I originally didn't bother with the pre-bed dose until I found some posts recommending this and I really noticed the improvement it gives the product.
