Best time to have PRIME?

What is the ebst time to have PRIME it says to have it with meals (breakfast,Lucnh,Dinner) but is this before a meal or after and if so 30 mins before a meal. Atm i am having it with meals during/same time and i am getting an upset stomach from it

You are to have these doses with your food.
Not sure why you would be experiencing a stomach ache though. 2 capsules?

My stomach hurts too, because it makes me so darn hungry. Which is a great thing =)
