No matter where i read i see different suggestions. Some say it doesnt matter, some say am, some say pm before bed, others say after a fatty food, some say empty stomach.
Deffo take it with food, preferrably with a fattier meal/snack. I've trialed a lot of Aromasin dosing protocols and the best I found was taking it before bed with a pre-bed protein shake with a little bit of coconut oil blended in. Out of all the other things I tried this was side effect free.
