Best Support While on cycle

hi guys,

I'm seriously about to run my first cycle, I have been lining things up for the longest but finally have everything. I'm running Test and Dbol and pct with nolva and clomid. Now my question is I have arimidex and nolva and can get letro if needed, I'm afraid of sides and i feel my body is prone to them and i wanted to know if they pop up should I throw low doses of nolva in? (BTW i'm running dex EOD at .5 mg) so what i wanted to know should i up dex if sides come up or run nolva along with it at like 10-20mg throughout rest of cycle.

I can only speak of my experience here..

I had always been a fan of Adex on cycle, but this past cycle, i was getting some gyno sides on a low dose of adex, so rather then up the dosage, i went a different route. I followed what Seth Roberts has talked about, and dropped the AI and added in 20mg of novla for a week, then ran 10mg out for the rest of the cycle. It worked well IMO.. Took care of my issues, and they never returned.

There is going to be people on both sides of the fence here, so just do what you feel comfortable with, and have everything on hand, so if problems arise, you can quickly snuff them out.

Agreed and thats what i see as most common because once again AI do just that they Inhibit Aromatization where as the SERM will actually reduce or control the side effects, good point made man. also i figured once the dbol started i should be able to tell if sides are coming up but do you think i should preload adex for 2 weeks before start of cycle?
 
oh yeah i still have some AI cycle support from a PH i ran should I use that as well may be for only 2 weeks
