OP is 5'8 130lbs :o so yes he needs food

I never said he didn't need more food that is clearly the issue. What I am getting at is we do not know enough information to truly help him. In order to make recommendations that will help him with his diet we need to know certain information. Such things as food allergies, times of day he eats and can eat, food likes and dislikes and available budget. All these variables are important when properly assisting someone with the nutritional aspect of their program. Can additional milk benefit him? Probably. I myself incorporate generous amounts during gaining phases and benefit from it while also enjoying it, but If OP happens to have a lactose intolerance, casein allergy or simply hates milk then making generic recommendations such as add a gallon a day will not help him.

We all know what this guy needs to do: eat more quality food and be patient. Giving him more than general and generic information requires more specific information from him.

what are some other supplemts good for a 19 year old besides the basics of protein and creatin bcaa ect. I was looking at daa ara and Magnitropin and aneabeta stuff like that

I think you should focus on diet for now. Although. ..to answer your question. ..vitamin d3. Highly over looked if you don't go outside. Can seriously boost immune function and testosterone if deficiency is there. Cheap as dirt.

BA is another one. Split into 2 to 4 doses preferably. As per the study anyway.

deads
squats
bench
OHP
dips
pullups

I'd also throw rows in there as they will compliment the vertical pull of the pullups.

^agree^ At your age, hormones is your best supplement followed by compound lifts, groceries and sleep. Size comes with time and dedication.

my diet is not awful, I think I'm getting a decent amount of food

breakfest is 2 whole eggs with a serving of jimmy dean sausage and some peppers and a little bit of potatoes (this is a pre mixed bag)
then 2 flour tortillas

then ill drink a scoop of whey protein 1/2 almond milk 2tbps peanut butter creatine and sometimes ill add in now food carbomax

then for lunch ill eat some homemade pot pie or turkey samwhichhhh

then ill lift and drink a scoop of protein and maybe add some cargo max

then ill eat some pasta for dinner and then maybe greek yogurt before i go to bed

Based on that, you likely consuming around 2200-2600 calories, depending on what and how that pot pie or sandwich is made and how much pasta you eat. That is not much if you are looking to grow- especially at 19.

Really a clean diet with creatine and protein powder is all you need.

You have no idea because he has no portions how much of what he eats. it could be anywhere. Either way his diet is VERY bad. No fruits/veggies lack, his micros are non-existant

Pasta could be like 1000 kcals or like 500 kcals depending on portion size etc...

I know, I mentioned that and based it off of the portions he did give us with buffer added in. I just don't think with the little portions mentioned that he was sitting down to huge plates of pasta.

Agree but same could be said with a pot pie
some of those small TV dinners are easily 500+ kcals, if it is homemade it may be far dense in kcals and rack up close to 1000 off that alone.

I agree with both of you as I see "sometimes" and "maybe" in there and that really means that the outline provided tells us jack S**T.
