omega 3 and CLA

When you say "on", what exactly are you referring to? Pro-Hormones? This might be a very stupid question, but I was just wondering.

NAC and MT extract are used clinically to detox the livers of people who have poisoned themselves(Tylenol et cetera).

One important cautionary note is that NAC and MT have to be run consistently for several weeks in order to be effective. Stopping and starting NAC and MT, or using it eradically has been shown to be more harmful to the liver than good...so if you use them, use them religiously with a consistent dose everyday.

LEF has an interesting read on the subject.

My doctor says Dandellion (sp) is awsome for liver and kidneys, belive its a dieuretic too.
I have heard good things about dandellion root as a diuretic. How about a lean bulk stack of M1T, M5AA, and dandellion root...anyone think stacking a diuretic with M1T could be dangerous?

I don't think cranberry has a protective effect on the kidneys. I think it mainly effects the bladder.

Although off topic from the original post, I believe supplements to support heart health are a good idea as well. This would include Hawthorne Berry and Co Q-10.
