Best Supplements ever

I didn't start truly coming into these forums until recently.

I joined way back then but never had questions about supplements until now recently cause I was almost against taking them aside from a pre workout. Then a fellow PES user Introduced me to PES's old EPRO & ABE and I started using it and saw great results. But now I'm becoming more aware of other supplements and natural alternatives to synthetic stuff and am interested.

But now PES has changed.

As of right now I'm using Alphamax, Orange Triad, White Flood Reborn.

I have this belief that there are supplements out there that can have great effects on body composition that AREN'T AAS or PH's.

I like that comment tho. Cause I keep reading about the magic that is ARA.

Also, I understand companies can make stupid claims, but reality is if your diet and training aren't on par, nothing will work. You can't compare steroids to supplements.

What's up with people not going with the company that actually founded ARA in the bodybuilding world? Don't they get all the credit?

If it's the same amount of active, I choose the company I believe in and want to support

A lot of co has aRa out there .. Me personally would only run xgels if out of stock them XF .. I don't care for other added stuffWelcome to supplement industry :)

That's very true. I still to this day have not read not 1 bad review or log on ARA.

Of course you can't compare.

Nothing works unless you do. Even with steroids.

That's where I don't buy that. My cousin is an avid roid user. Trains hard, dude is jacked. But his diet is pure crap.
 
And you are the one who said nothing alters body composition except steroids or something that's why I brought that point up

I meant as in if you just sat on your butt.

I'm 32 now soon 33 and I'm looking for an edge. As natural as possible.
 
I might just go back to bulking up. Especially with GDA's and ARA. could give them a shot.

It's so much simpler to eat everything and lift heavy than live super strict and limited. Just for the sake of abs.

Steroids don't just make you jacked. If he's an avid user he would not be getting "jacked" if his diet was that far off. There is something missing here. There is no magic pill or injection. Tell me what ever he is taking and ill cycle it because in my experience ( I have a fair amount) no steroid is magic. If you eat like crap you gain fat and some muscle on cycle. Simple as that. I haven't come across this eat like **** and get "jacked" pill yet I imagine it would sell pretty good.

Never just for sake of abs man. Overall health. Still want to eat well, and enjoy life. But when your too heavy for your own body it's no good

Oh yeah for sure! I'd MUCH rather eat clean home cooked foods rather than pizza and burgers.

Give me rice, beans and chicken breast with a couple slices of avocado on the side ANYDAY!
 
So do I have this right: X-Factor = X-Gels but X-Factor advanced in inferior to both of them. To maximize an ArA cycle, it is advised to be taken with GMS and carnitine (as per neuron's explanation on bb.com). Is there a website that sells all of these products as a stack instead of having to buy each separately? Thanks.

Feedback says XFA works just as well as XF or X-Gels. But plenty of people go with XF or X-Gels over XFA because of the added omega 3s in XFA.

And I doubt you'll find all three to be bought as a stack. GMS and Carnitine are very cheap to buy solo though.
 
It isnt a magic pill but GDAs are very effective.


Also try to hit the 5g leucine recommended in each meal for maximum MPS

Yeah. For me the moment I eat at least 250-300 grams of carbs or more I swell up.

That's why I wanna get into a GDA. Would be nice to go back to bulking like a mad man with 400+ carbs a day and have my body and metabolism work better and use calories and carbs better.

It started when he was 18 and now is 27. Runs about 3-5 cycles a year. Test, dbol, anivar, tren, HGH, winny mainly. He's done it all. And sure he eats high protein diets but he is shredded and doesn't eat clean at all. Pizza, frozen foods, baked snacks... Etc all the time.

How does one fit in 5 worthwhile cycles In a year? Lol

I will agree that gear changes ones uptake. I will however say that I've seen plenty of people get fat as well while on cycle.

I've got a buddy who's similar. On all type of stuff and sits about 6' 220 with viens for days and pretty decently cut abs. That's not huge but I've never seen him eat a real meal. Always chipotle, first watch etc. He had. Shake with each meal, guess that's his secrecy.

I will agree that gear changes ones uptake. I will however say that I've seen plenty of people get fat as well while on cycle.

Shorter blast cycles. I've run a few 4-6weekers that were great. Gains are smaller but easier to keep and recovery is much easier/faster
 
Recompadrol gives me such terrible gas...I want to like it but its killing me..got almost a full bottle im not using...any tips?

Try easing your body up to it on NO carbs

Or try changing carb source to a gluten free.

I've noticed a lot of people I've spoke to have some sensitivity to gluten and the blockade of those carbs, cause more issues

Selectivity is rare. Most ingredients have dual functions.

You can look into agmatine for that technically. But IMO a bit pricy to dose properly.

So I'm noticing all these new natty anabolics popping up here and there now.

I wanted to know what everyone thought on these and what they're reading on the formulas. Which sounds best and promising.


For me I have my eyes on the new current promos of what NP has going now.

I'm interested in FINAFLEX MASS 550.

And EvoMuse MyoSynergy.

Both have peeked my interest.
