Best Supplement to gain Muscle

What's your choice to maximize gains and keep it?

Lift like a freak, eat like a horse, sleep like a champion.

I probably lift a little too much, I don't eat enough, and I rarely get more than 8 hours of sleep. I've got a lot of work to do. Then again, so do we all.

No seriously, food is WAAAY better at adding muscle than any supplement. If your nutritional base is off, no supplement, not even steroids, will put muscle on you. That aside, if your diet is good, try creatine monohydrate (monohydrate is best, other forms are mostly a waste of money).

Past history only used Creatine and Whey Protein. Currently trying Kre-Anabolyn.
