Nothing will work as well as you want it to but here's what I have liked.
Top tier-food, and push hard full body workouts 3 times a week
Second tier-creatine, protein
Third tier-CEL Alpha One, SNS Anabolic XT, CEL Basis, SNS Phosphatidic Acid XT, SNS Urolithin B
Fourth tier-CEL Mtest, CEL Anabolic Effect, SNS Optimize T
Here is a link to a study that ranked the best supplements based on verifiable research/trials (not those put out by the companies selling the product!).
Basically creatine, beta-alanine, nitrates, caffeine, and protein
Aside from the above ones, there isn't anything that has undergone basic trials or studies. If there was and it worked..... trust me we would all be using it like creatine!
You'll see supplement companies referencing trials with 5 people for 2 weeks or my favorite- animal studies.
Yeah... it was a douche response. But honestly, SMART training, excellent nutrition and adequate sleep are 90-95% of the natural equation. Natty supplements (which I take alot of) are just subtle benefits. My personal opinion is any natural supp needs to be taken for MONTHS to get any noticeable benefits to body composition. The mental/strength effects can come on much quicker.
Wait you mean to say that severing a rats left leg muscles forcing it to compensate with its other leg then pumping it up with about a truckload of turkesterone doesn't equate to the same results in a trained human??.....blasphemy
I'm doubling down on creatine. Creatine Monohydrate is widely excepted as the most well studied and effective natural option to build muscle, strength and athletic performance
Fundamentals: sleep, diet, and training in order. No alcohol or cut back. Creatine, protein, my fav natty are anabolic xt, anabolic effect, basis, alpha one for muscle building. Also like recomp20, XPG l carnitine, XPG Ursa gel.
Yeah I love to play with the fancey new supplements but reality 1-5% boost. Only thing I have used multiple times is x-factor preworkout. Others have to be on crazy clearance as when I look at pics of myself with supplements and without not much difference. Creatine cheap and effective. I do prefer Sns mcc
