Best supplement for GH-related water gain

Even at 2 IUs I get a little water weight

I would like one I could use that has K+ sparing effects(arent those the "better" ones?) ....... so in other words, looking for a healthy LONG TERM supp I can stay on indefinitely if need be to combat the edema.
 
B6 works for this??

LOL I also took taraxatone with my B6 before the Arnold to increase my water loss. We women hold water..occasionally:blink:

What was your b6 protocol leading up and through the Arnold, crader?
 
I dosed the B6 at 1 a day in the am two weeks before the Arnold. Two days before the Arnold I dosed the B6 every 2 hours The day before the Arnold I dosed the B6 twice a day and added in the taraxatone in two times a day.

This really dehydrated me. Made my training day before the Arnold pure hell... I got tired really quickly, dropped strength. But man did it lean me out. You MUST keep water intake as high as you can stand while doing it...and make many bathroom runs;)
