Next cycle will include several DHT
derivative compounds including DMZ and YK 11. Looking to minimize dry joints and have never taken any joint supplements. What are some good supplement supports for this? I will be using 175 mg cruise trt dose with no AI so that should help too.

You ran DMZ before? Never had dry joint issues when I’ve ran it. Havoc is a different story. Anyway, cissus has helped me with this in the past.

Agreed..

DMZ never gave me any joint issues either, and YK-11 made my joints feel invincible...despite the tendon/ligament theories to the contrary.

Ya I ran DMZ before, but didn’t have a problem. Thought since YK 11 is another DHT dry compound I will be adding and may also lower estrogen dry joints may be a potential problem this go around.

That’s good to know about YK. After hearing all the theories about it making one more prone to tearing a tendon it has me
a little concerned. Gonna run it at 15 mg.

I believe YK-11 also resembles a steroidal progestin, which may offset any joint/ligament problems potentially caused by myostatin inhibition. It was actually a little on the wet side for me, and caused a little more bloat than I was happy with during the summer I used it. Other than that, I loved it!

I so happened to stack it with Epistane, and still my joints felt great! Overall, I felt those complimented each other quite well.

The theory on YK being hell on tendons is strictly based on its action as a myostatin inhibitor. As an androgen, it can obviously have many other effects. In fact, most androgens will decrease myostatin to some degree, yet not a lot are known for wreaking havoc on joints/tendons. Interesting to hear though, thank you!
