Well, although I doubt that this guy cut down from 32 to around 7-10, I do believe that he dropped fat without cardio..There is this preconcieved notion that cardio is a complete neccessity for cutting, IMO it's not...Think of how many old guys you know that play squash, or basketball, or tennis 5 times a week and could run circles around you, but still have that nagging beer gut..They do tons of cardio, but their diet is not on point.
