My work involves standing up literally all day (apart from lunch when I go to the gym!). Just turned 44 & it's starting to take its toll, frequent leg aches, recurring groin strain issues.
I know the obvious answer is to get a new job (I'm working on that), but apart from stretching, is there a supp that can help with this?
