Best stack for fat burning?

I need to lose some weight and I've been contemplating what compounds would work the best for me. I have anxiety disorder, so I'm not sure if I want to do an ECA. Although, I do use preworkouts w/DMAA,etc.

So, I was thinking:
  • Albuterol + Diacana/Tiratricol - I'm not sure Tiratricol is still widely available, but I'd like something that is mild on my thyroid and that I can use longer than 2 weeks or so. I'd rather not use Clen as it just gives me the shakes like crazy, but Albuterol is also recommended as it's not as stimulating as Clen. https://thinksteroids.com/steroid-profiles/albuterol/
  • Lipodrene or other Hi-Tech supplements - All of HT's fat burners have DMHA in them, so I would think if i consistently took them I would notice some weight loss.
  • ECA+Y stack - I can get ephedrine w/o Guaifenesin, so I could do this stack, but I just don't want to over stimulate myself, as mentioned.
  • SARMs/AAS - Are any of the SARMs/AAS beneficial for adipose fat loss?
  • GH/IGF - Obviously a very expensive cycle
I'm curious if anyone has any feedback on any of these and could share their experiences.
Thanks,
SS

Why not use T3? Very effective, generally safe, given that you're working out and watching your diet, and depending on where you live, it can be cheap af and easy to obtain

Mk677 can help you with fat loss, and other actual Sarms can as well. I believe they help by increasing the calories your body spends on protein synthesis, so your deficit can increase a bit. It won't be huge, but you can add some size while losing some fat and the added muscle will also help.

I don't like messing with my thyroid too much and I don't want it to shut down and stop producing thyroid hormone. I'd honestly rather go with T2 in that regard.

The shut down only lasts for a few days. If you check it there have been cases of misdiagnosed hypothyroidism on people, andbthey were taking t3 for 15+ years, and when they stopped, their thyroid hormone levels all came back to normal after 2 weeks. Last time I did blood checks and my hormones went back to normal just after 3 days

Man ... It sucks having an anxiety disorder, and trying to run a stack like this.

Be careful with some of those compounds until you see how they affect you.

I'd personally add Stanogen (TD Epiandro) , and/or 11-KT TD from Apex Alchemy. Seriously. They're both great products.
And the Stanogen is currently BOGO. The 11-KT is $20 off.

I don't like T3 personally, but that may be because of how I personally react to it. It destroys my sleep and raises my temp to uncomfortable levels, at mild dosages.

I personally can't take it, with my body chemistry (well, I could ... but I won't).

GW 10mg for a limited time is a good add for me.

The amount of calories T3 will burn isn't really worth it in my opinion. Far easier to cut in the diet than mess with your thyroid. I have done two cycles of GW. Gives me a bit of an edge at the gym. Won't do more though now, that whole cancer thing.

Well, it does raise my heart rate and temp too. That's how you know it's working. I don't get too bothered by the increase in temp, but high heartrate (at 50mcg T3 I have around 65-73bpm, whilst my normal is 50 to 53bpm) is uncomfortable when you're trying to sleep.

How much did you take? the human body apparently makes something like 25-30 mcg by itself so you gotta take more than that. I guess I confirmed this for myself.

That increase in heart rate is the sleepkiller. To be sure, I always manage to go to sleep, but it becomes a chore and I may as well become a monk with how still and relaxed I have to become to fall asleep.

Yeah I get it too. The thing is the annoyingly high heart rate only occured to me recently. I've been using t3 for a couple of years now, always worked great, up to 75-100mcg for 2 to 4 months, whilst losing very little muscle and a lot of fat (and I wasn't using any aas back then).
A few weeks ago that I wanted to start cutting again, because I have gathered quite a lot of fat (I stand around 22-23%, cause I've been constantly changing places because of my job, and I couldn't eat right, exercise enough, I was stressed etc ), I noticed the high heart rate (at 75mcg it had me at 130bpm, I thought I had thyreotoxitosis).
So, my personal experiences showed me that the side effects are more pronounced now that I'm less fit? Who knows

I was always using the same unipharma T3 tabs, pharma grade (otc and dirt cheap here), so it is not a matter product potency.

That's quite high, that does sound like a reaction frankly. and it's very probable it's the deterioration in your general shape. The body is just like that, the more unfit one is, all the things conspire to make anabolics less effective or more side effects laden.

And you gained weight even at 50 mcg? It's likely to happen at 12.5mcg , even though many people argue there's little suppression so it gets added to your natural production. I don't buy it personally, but I haven't confirmed this with bloodwork.

Order yourself some invictus and get in on this deal. These will aid in any cutting cycle. The combination is killer for cutting and limited if any sides.

Sooo some good suggestions above. I like clen and t3 personally but note you want to swerve that.

for me the one no one has mentioned that is right up there is peptides. Tesamorelin is awesome but the most expensive and hard to find.

mk677 plus cjc dac is really good, slightly less expensive.

hex or ipam cheap af but multiple pins.

they all work though

The hormonal stuff will for sure put your anxiety at risk... it just comes with the territory.

For some natural options:
SNS Lean Edge - stim free and loaded with proven, branded ingredients... I've personally used twice already and its really the only non-stim product I've ever seen any results with

SNS Yohimbine 2.5 (yohimbine hcl) - just bulk caps, but yhcl is one of the best stubborn fat reducing products available. Of note though, y can be rough for many people (look into SNS Alpha-Yohimbine for a lower risk with similar benefit option if you're worried).

SNS Thermagize XT - This is an absolute stim powerhouse (so there is some risk there), but no users reported any issues outside of just the stimulation and the results were great.

SNS Reduce XT - If you've been cutting for awhile, or just are going very hard, stress/cortisol will be high and this can help significantly and can often be the game-changer that gets you over a sticking point.

I have used the eca stack a few times and just added the y my last time and the y really seemed to kick it up.

Not tried albuterol but anyone know how it compares to eca? I know clen is really good but seems to really have issues and you have that weird two weeks on a week of then whatever it is

That is rather oversimplifying it. Thermagize XT is probably the strongest of the fully compliant products you will find. Dual sources Caffeine (for big hit then sustained feel), huge Dynamine and Teacrine dosage, Higenamine and Alpha-Y provide a pretty wide range of stimulants. If stimulated fat burning is your goal if that doesn't work you probably need a break (or different expectation from stimulants).

I am probably in the minority that think those old stim burners weren't that helpful other than if you just want to feel cracked out.

For other options currently available MA Labs Stim Freak gives Eria J and DMHA with Caffeine if that is your preference. Otherwise it is trying to find things that are probably being cleared out of inventory next.
Yeah, I actually posted in the supplement section looking for fat burners that still have DMAA or DMHA and it looks like they're a bit hard to find. I bought a preworkout called Dark Energy that has both + 400mg of caffeine. I still have some Lipodrene and a few other ones from Hi Tech, but it looks like they've taken DMAA out of all their stuff. A nice person also gave me a source for pure ephedrine w/o the guaifenesin so I could do that as well.

The fat burning potential of DMAA and all its derivatives is questionable, there were never any studies on it except it was used as a nasal decongestant in the 30s. But if it's increasing your heart rate, it's obviously raising your BMR, so theoretically it should work as a fat burner.

Order yourself some invictus and get in on this deal. These will aid in any cutting cycle. The combination is killer for cutting and limited if any sides.

I'm really not up to date on all the peptides and how they work and what they do other than IGF-1, which apparently also works as a fat burner. I don't mind pinning, but I just have no clue what most of that stuff is. I have a stockpile of SARMs along with MK677, but I'm waiting on some blood results to see how my cholesterol is and etc before I run any cycles with anabolics. I'm hoping to get on TRT, not only for muscle but also for depression.

What is cjc dac?

I've got 2.5mg yohimbine which I actually use before sex and it works great. I've read it's actually prescribed in other countries as an alternative to Viagra. It's even listed on RXlist as a drug that's prescribed and has info on all it's clinical pharmacology and so forth.

SNS Lean Edge looks pretty good, I'll consider it.

I have used the eca stack a few times and just added the y my last time and the y really seemed to kick it up.

Albuterol is a asthma medication, just like clen, but it's much less stimulating and doesn't give you the shakes or anything and I don't think it down regulates as much or as fast as clen. I think I posted this already, but I'll link it again. It has some good info on it. I've used it personally and found it much more tolerable than Clen.

As far as T3, I want to stay away from it. I would just rather use something less potent, I guess. I don't see anyone selling Tiratricol, but back in the day Syntrax sold it as "Triax" and I don't remember how it works, but it increases thyroid output or simulates it and is much less suppressive or harsh as T3. I have some old bottles of Diacana which have the original T2 precursor in it, so I could use that. I wonder if anyone has tried Armour Thyroid. I think it's legally sold as a supplement, but it's also prescribed to people with low thyroid. It's just ground up cow thyroid and it has all the hormones in it, sort of like beef liver.

Anyway, thanks for all the suggestions and advice. I'll have to take a look into K-11 and see what it's also about.

Out of all the things mentioned GH (peptides) will imo help you the most. And it's probably the least destructive but the most expensive.

Cjc dac is a peptide that has a long half life so you can pin it once a week. It's not cheap though. Mind you, with peptides you can actually do fasted cardio and see great results. Fasted cardio makes sense only with elevated GH. For instance, you wake up, pin 100mcg hexarelin and go do a 30 - 60m cardio sesh. Fat will melt off of you.

Mk677 will make you hungry af. Try 10mg ed. If you can stand it great, if not, drop it.

Cycle suggestion with peps:
- 30mcg per kg of body weight cjc1295dac
- 10mg mk677
- 50mg hexarelin 3 x day or just a larger dose before workout/cardio
- 200mcg am/pm huperzine A
- 0.25mg e4d Caber (for prolactin)
- something for cortisol (invictus iron legion?)

You can bump up cjc to 60mcg/kg. That is the most bang for buck dose, but it gets expensive. If hex stops working you can switch to ipamorelin. 100mcg 3 x day.
