Hi,
I'm sure this Q has been asked a million times before so apologies in advance, but here goes...
As a newbie to this, I've hit a plateau with my training on protein and creatine. What should I use next? Bottle of Hyperdrol has just arrived in the post, and considering stacking this and ordering some Mass FX. Is this a feasible option to notice some improved gains?
Is there another option I should be looking at?
