Best source of Potassium supplementation?

I have potassium pills. They have them from hitech at mind and muscle

Depends on your knowledge and goals. If you are taking it once in a while to avoid cramping and measuring it with a scale and being reasonable - bulk potassium citrate powder is my personal go-to. It has benefits for breaking up kidney stones/kidney health and provides usable potassium in a pinch.

I try to get potassium from food as much as possible. Broccoli, spinach are low cal sources, potatoes and bananas are good sources with some extra calories.

And as mentioned above, avocado, coconut water and yogurt are sources that are often overlooked or not thought of.

Sweet potatoes, spinach, parsley, milk and avocados are just a few excellent sources :)

Also, molasses is REALLY high in Potassium.

Tomatos all forms (Juice, V8 etc... are easy) and Beans, Greek Yogurt.

Today's Sodium for me is 4213, and my Potassium is 5620 from food - I also add 2g of Potassium from supplementation because studies have shown we are way under Potassiumized :D

Why you avoiding Sodium?

Man I can't live without my hot sauce....mmmmmmmmmmmm
