Best skin care routine and products?

I spend a fortune on my skin care and was wondering if any of you bros have found the optimal routine and products for flawless skin.

I live in a dry climate so my skin needs lotion constantly.

I currently use:
Philosophy facial cleanser w/clarisonic at night
Kiehls body wash twice a day w/exfoliating gloves
Clinique plus moisturizer 3-5 times a day
Once a week I use an apricot scrub and also a charcoal face mask.

You may not believe it but I'm not that feminine, just like to look good naked haha. Work as a welder and fabricator during summers so that makes me kind of manly I guess.
 
All you need is an expensive vitamin E face moisturiser

Think youre going very OTT man, seriously
 
I live in CO and it is very dry here. I use:

Eucerin Redness Relief Soothing Night Creme at night as it is thick, but man does it work
CeraVe day lotion for the daytime obviously. Very light weight.

yes. slather on all over face then quickly pat dry. been using for the past year and all is good. it's also an excellent body moisturizer, like you mentioned.
 
if we are talking face products i use peter thomas roth face wash and i love it, morning and night. it can dry my skin out a little since its SO cold out but i love it
 
Neutrogena Acne Wash face cleanser (its orange colored), morning and after gym, every other day. Neutrogena invograte face wash (blue colored) every other day. ex Monday-Acne wash mainly on days when I shave helps loosen facial hair Tuesday invigorate wash. Retin-A cream at night, clindamycin during the day use on red zits helps ring down inflammation. regular face moisturizer on face and neck if skin feels dry usually use every other day or as needed
