best set/rep whilce ON and pct

i just finshed up 12 weeks of 4x8 and now im doing 10.8.6.6 and 3x15 for legs... but what you guys suggest is the best for mass while "on" ?
 
I like 6 rep max for multijoint exercises like presses and squats, but higher reps around 8-10 for isolation movements.
