What are good recomp cycle compounds to use and at what doses?

epi/havoc is pretty popular for recomp effect
users also suggest halodrol & promagnon to yield similar results as well

you could look into 19-nor hormones as well, personally not my favorite, but may suit your needs in a recomp...i prefer the others listed above, however

I ran Xtreme Tren with P-Plex and leaned out. Looking back at it I wish I would have gone Xtreme Tren with H-Drol. I also ran a cycle of MMV3 which was quite impressive in that department.
