Hey guys. Looking for the best supplement to run with mildly hepatoxic compounds. I think milk thistle has now been debunked as useless.

This. I'd say tudca would be my first option if you can find it as well.

Tudca and NAC perform completely different function in regards to cleansing the liver.

Neither one can or should replace the other.

Tudca helps keep bile from backing up.

NAC keeps liver enzymes from raising too high, and even helps lower them to normal.
