Just a quickie..
I train first thing in he morning, only time it suits..
I know to take WPI after training, WPC during the day and Casein before bed.. My question is what type should I have when I wake up before training? I only have a 30 minute period from getting up and training..

Thanks...

Try to have a protein shake no matter any company, just the one with more BCAAs, you have so little time... Some eggs would be great if you can manage...

You want a fast absorbing protein like whey or protein from eggs. When I train in the morning I have 3 eggs and a large apple. That way I have fast absorbing protein and suger to get me going from the apple.

Becks

After work out body needs energy and calories. You need to eat healthy breakfast for getting energy and protein. Eat 2 slices of brad with an egg, some fruits and a glass of juice. It is the better way to refill body calories which had burned during work out. but before work out take juice don't eat healthy and full of abdominal. It create hurdle with in performance and have bad impact of body figure.

In all honesty, you would be just fine training in a fasted state. Many of those who do intermittent fasting do and even many who don't follow im do, as well. It's a preference for some but its fine to do.

Edit: I forgot the original question while typing, my apologies. If you really want a shake, as stated, any fast absorbing protein like whey would be suitable. Hydrolyzed whey is more expensive but reaches the bloodstream faster

ive read fasting before your workout could actually help put on mass.

The act of fasting will improve your metabolism, by making you more insulin sensitive and (during the fast) increasing the blood flow to your stubborn fat and lean body mass.

Building muscle whilst fasting is brilliant – you are able to add muscle mass to your frame without the traditional fat gain associated with bulking. You are also able to achieve the magic goal – body recomposition – which is losing fat and gaining muscle simultaneously.
