Best Protein currently

I have a serious question for you Bintherduntht. You're posts indicate that you have a lot of experience with bodybuilding. You joined AM a month ago and have a pretty large number of posts in a fairly short time. So my question is, where were you before? How did you just now get here? Most new people tend to start off pretty slow, with a few posts here and there, but not you. You seem pretty intent on ruffling the feathers of some pretty well respected members, which I find interesting. Why is that?

First of all. Read my bio. I've been a member since 2006. Don't believe me? Ask me some old school question.

So that right there makes me the longest using member.

I'm not trying to cause any beef. I'm just stating facts from my experience.

First of all. Read my bio. I've been a member since 2006. Don't believe me? Ask me some outdated question.

So that right there makes me the longest using member and I’m still wrong.

I'm not trying to cause any beef. I'm just stating facts from my broscience.
Fixed that for you. :)

Not questioning, and not saying I don't believe you. I'm just curious how you stayed quiet for so long, and now you're posting 10 times a day. It just doesn't fit together. You're a very outspoken person, which doesn't just happen. So why now?

The institution finally fixed the keyboards for their computers?

This has nothing to do with the topic at hand. You said that you CAN’T get your protein from supplements, and that it will be unhealthy, hurt your body, etc. (however you want to word it, since your definitions are all over the place). There are plenty of valid, third party tested, properly dosed protein supplements. Nice straw man argument though.

When I was a member in 2006, I was young. In my teens. So I posted a lot of ignorance... As you see with most teens. I thought I knew it all, because I was a teen.

So I shut my mouth after so many posts, and just became a lurker for years.

I took all the guy's advice. Stayed natural for years, all the while researching. On the net yes, but also really life exp.

I went to gnc, vitamin shoppe, etc, and bought all of it. Shiny labels, test boosters.

Put in years of natural, frustrating, blood sweat and tears of training. No supps, as I had to learn, replace real food.

Also, I was not outspoken as a teen. But, after getting older, watching loved ones die, going through the army at 18 and deploying to Iraq for OIF. Getting out at 22, experiencing drugs, jail etc... Had made me outspoken.

Then being handed my first bottle of test and figuring out how to use it, where to get pins etc. And my years of PH and juice and workout experience, had also motivated me to start a new profile and help educate

Interesting story, and thank you for your service, but your anecdotes, as moving as they may be, do not constitute irrefutable evidence, and do not trump actual science and research.

You say that you thought you knew it all when you were a teen, but of course you didn’t. But you still don’t. None of us know it all, but you seem to be the one claiming to have all the answers and that you don’t have to provide any support or evidence besides “trust me, I know from experience.” When we provide evidence, we aren’t pulling it out of our asses, or basing it on our trivial, brief experience in life, but pulling from many studies and papers conducted and written by people far smarter than you and I.

A little knowledge is a dangerous thing, and you have precious little knowledge from what you’ve said in this thread.

Lmao, Arnold, Ferrigno and Zane? First off, you say they took their vitamins...ummm...were those vitamins natural or around 200 years ago in a pill? Oh, and, by "vitamins" you do realize that Arnold used to take dbol by the handful, right?

And you just admitted, at least, that you have NEVER researched anything and get your info from a bunch if guys who didn't even know enough to avoid injuring themselves.

Do you have ANY evidence for anything you believe?

Did you just invoke my "Dad and grandpa"? I bet most people on this board have great dad's and grandpas who have little scientific background and don't know much about training.

Regardless, it reminds me of being in the 3rd grade. I bet my dad knows more about lifting then your dad! No way, my dad would kick your dad's butt in a fight!

You are 100% right. There is no correcting you brother. It would take a miracle.

Isn't it amazing?

What "test" of knowledge have you created for anyone in here? I will certainly say that you stand out. But you aren't testing anybody's "knowledge". Patience maybe, but not knowledge.

Nobody hates you brother. You can disagree all you like on here. I go against the grain all the time and disagree about lots of stuff with lots of people on here and it is what makes this board awesome. But if you have a belief, you should have a legit reason for that belief and if you state something as if it has some truth to it, and it disagrees, you should be prepared to provide the evidence.

In other words, if what you say is so outside of the norm and in such disagreement with the norm - why exactly do you believe It? It is fine that you believe it, but you should have a good reason, if only for your own benefit. And if you have some knowledge, it should be easy to share. It isn't spoon feeding.

At the very least you realize it is an opinion. I have done countless hours of research, experiment, etc. I also have a basic grasp of chemistry, physics, math and even reading (reading is extremely helpful on the internet). Reason and logic also don't completely escape me.

My research says you are dead wrong for one.

Second, you do realize that EVERYTHING you eat is full of chemicals. Having a short list of "natural" ingredients doesn't mean anything. If I were to create a list of the chemicals in chicken and put it on an ingredient label instead of calling it chicken it would likely scare the crap out of people like you. It is basic chemistry and we are all made up of chemicals (like everything in the universe).

Also, you do realize that most supplements use whey protein or egg protein or casein or beef, etc- all of which are natural. Our body breaks things down into the chemicals and processes them. It does not care if those chemicals come from a supplement or an animal or a plant.

Lol. They also didn't have toilets either. Maybe taking a dump in the woods is healthier than using a toilet because it is "natural".

Ok...i know the Greeks had some toilets.
Hey, buddy.

I said ask your dad and grandpa how they learned in life. BY ****ING UP.

I know Arnold and the older guys took steroids and vitamins.

BUT DID THEY SUPPLEMENT THEIR PROTEIN WITH SUPPLEMENTS?

OR DID THEY EAT FOOD.

No one said you SHOULD replace your protein sources with supplements, only that you CAN. Not ideal =/= unhealthy.

If I jumped from your ego to your IQ I’d probably die from the fall.

I'm still convinced that you are still 12

I started in 2006

2003. And since your join date says December 2017, I'd have to assume you're on a new account because your previous one got banned. Maybe even more than once. Start showing some respect towards other members or you're gonna be outta here again. It seems like you enjoy creating controversy in every single thread you're a part of.

I just didn’t want to post this. He must have been awesome dude to get banned here..

Your annoying ass.

Wait, what? HIS annoying ass? I thought you were the one "going against the grain and being hated on???" - but he's annoying you? Whaaa?

There he is! With all these meme's flying around, I have been waiting for some sweet SFreed action!

You would make a great murder detective. "What color was his hair? Was he right handed or left?"

The institution finally fixed the keyboards for their computers?

Actually, joke's on you (and me)!!! The actual topic at hand is, "Best Protein currently". I bet the OP didn't expect this, he's probably sorry he ever asked. TheSolution could have ended this thread with a single response but it took a turn....

That's why you're giving me attention brother. Because I'm "going against the grain"

I'm giving you attention the same way I would give someone who just took a beating from one of my friends (in this case muscleupcrohn) at the bar my attention. "Dude, is he still breathing? Did you go to far? Are you OK dude??" All the while, wondering to myself, should I be doing something more, this guy looks pretty hurt...

And like the guy who just earned his beating, you are looking up and going, "Nope, didn't learn anything. I still think your wife is fat. May I have another?"

Yeah, you should probably report us all. We are clearly out of hand.

When did the AM forums begin?

Long time ago. Ask an admin. I'm not going to spoon feed you. And, plus, I can't really count that high

Started working out when I was 16 for football , I am now 48, I would have in that time frame about 80% of my breakfasts were 2servings of a protein shake with banana and maybe some toast or oatmeal , probably another shake or 2 through out the day. I would say I hardly ever went for more than at 3-4 days without having a protein shake. the norm for me is 2-3 shakes a day. That’s 32 years, have no issues. Now the reason I have shakes isn’t just protein requirements.

Just saying.

Dbol and tren!!! I remember when he first got on tren, the roadmap vascularity was crazy.

Old account was never banned. Not once. I just did not like the pics of my teen self I posted, and I was even more of an ass! Yea much respect!

If I give respect I expect it back. If not it's ok.

We are entitled to our opinions. I won't kiss ass, but I will try to be more respectful.

I recently had to deactivate my old account and start a new one... I could probably find it somehow...

Anyways, I've been on these forums for 12 years

In my opinion I will be a PES guy for many more years to come. Best protein on the market in my opinion and tastes the best too. No bloating, best profile, mixes easily and flavoring is perfect.
