alright guys. used to do every prohormone/natural supplement available, but haven't touched them in 4 years. obviously the game has changed quite a bit since then. i'm looking for recommendatiosn on stacks to build muscle, strength and size. if you were going to start a 8-12 week cycle with completely otc/legal ph's what would you build - including pct? here's a bit on me:
29 yrs old, lifting for 13 years, 5'10" 195 lbs, low bf (8-10%)
always been naturally strong and lean. bench over 400, squat over 5. played fball in college and have experimented with nearly every natural supplement.
diet is very good, 50% protein, 30 carb and 20 fat..
only current supps. are multi. vit. and whey (preworkout energy booster (animal pump or no xplode)) periodically.
workout split is 2 on 1 off. 4 day split is back, chest, shoulders and legs and do bi's or tri's every workout along with a major.
i've been at my current stats for about 5 years and would like to add 6-10 lbs of muscle. any ideas would be appreciated. i'm not looking to add 50 lbs or use consistantly... let me know if you have recommendations or have any questions for me. thanks.
