Currently 4 weeks in on a DMZ/M1A cycle, both 20mg. Around this time on a heavy oral cycle I typically get bad nausea. Supports are all in check, Cell Cycle assist 1.5x the standard dose +500mg Tudca. I always take Pepto Bismol for oral related nausea which works ok. Does anyone have any recommendation? Last night wasn’t a fun night. Got really nauseous around 10 pm and didn’t get to sleep till 2 am. Then had work at 6am lol.

50mg of Benadryl (probably at bedtime as early stated since it will probably make you pretty drowsy. Pepto is decent but can constipate you. OTC antiemetics generally suck though, Benadryl’s is your best bet. I am an RN fyi

Ginger tea. Works every time. Boil water and shave off fresh ginger into the pot, let simmer for 15 minutes.

Cycle assist at that dosage would give me nausea. No idea which ingredient it is but my gut doesn't like something in it.
