I know Armistane works pretty well as an AI. I am curious about other effective anti estrogen supps.

Look into Black Lion Research Letrone. Some guys got blood work before and after using, and they had a marked decrease in e2.

I used arimistane after epistane and didn't seem to get any oestrogen rebound for what its worth. It does stink and leave a horrible taste for about an hour though

SNS Inhibit E or Virtus for sure. Armistane was shown to have no effect on estrogen

+1 for Inhibit-E.

Not only for the AI properties but overall health with Indole-3-Carbinol and Olive Leaf Extract

Arimistane didn’t lower my e2 at all. It did make me feel drier though.

Arimistane doesn't lower E2.. Been proven numerous times. Even with repeated blood work. Still seems to keep popping up as an Estrogen blocking supplement for some reason. I think the only positive was it slightly reduced cortisol.

ATD is the best OTC anti estrogen.
6 Bromo is also a good choice.
