Best OTC alternative to viagra

I know this thread is old but I didn not think it was good to create a new thread about it. I have had issues with my erection for about 4 years now and rarely have sex. I've tried everything to cure my erectile dysfuntion (DHEA, Ginseng, L-arginine, Yohimbe etc). No effect! So I took magic pills. Everybody knows their names. I have found harder erection and doing sex twice a night. It's great to know my performance in the bedroom is back.

My cialis takes like five-six hour or so it seems. One to two hours doesnt seem like enough time. ve tried this both with 10 mgs cialis and three hours lter nada

I had some old cialis that worked in an hour. It could be this batch of cialis. Anyways still experimenting with new batch. Maybe best I try 15 mgs next since 10 does not seem to be working quickly as Id like. I mean the recommended dose is 5-20 mgs daily , depending on individual stuff. I have a friend he asked me if he could double the dose bc one dose wasn't working for him. He works 12 hour shifts in a factory, plus trains at the gym, so I can see how stress can cause a higher dose. I started a new job recently, and I train quite intense at the gym, and changed my sleep schedule in the past week or so, so maybe its this.

When sex is unexpected and, possibily in one hour , its important to have the artillery ready obviously
 
Younger guys in our workout group talk about ED issues. I ask two questions: 1. How much porn do you watch 2. How often do you masturbate. Both answers tend to be A lot. I advise go without both and you see the difference. Unfortunately, they do not have the willpower to go without porn which means they are frapping all the time. Which I think leads to ED due to desensitizing the physical and mental aspects. I mean we are talking about outwardly fit males.

I can understand occasional frapping while in-between GFs but not as a habit.
