Best Natty Way to Oil Wood countertop

Boys -

I have a wood island in my kitchen - I currently use a great cleaner/oil combo that holds moisture well....

Problem is; its a flammable poison and my family eats off it....not comforting.

I've used Lemon Oil and that didn't work well. Anyone have a go-to?

Have a block island as well. I use mineral oil.
