For every day living, Im into country. It calms my nerves and helps to contain what my wife refers to as my "angry demons"When I lift, I prefer metal, to release those demons, Godsmack, and Five Finger Death Punch are my favorite. Ill also listen to some rap when working out. Now i will say this, my son has me hooked on "Purple Lamborghini" from the Suicide squad movie.
