best multivitamin

What's everyone's opinion on the best daily multivitamin to take? I currently use GNC mega men performance and vitality, and have been for several years. I'm looking for something else... better... maybe easier on the budget. looking for opinions and suggestions for everyday use on and off of gear. Thanks!

I'd have to agree with ^^^^. I've tried Optimum Men, Musclepharm Arnold Iron Pack, and Animal Pak....Orange Triad is the best!
 
I will have to look into those. I decided to try the Beyond RAW sold at GNC. The sales guy had a good sales pitch that they were better than the GNC brand.
 
As i was... he said they were better then the Mega Men's brand. There is definitely more liver support which I do need!

mega men is GNC brand... Amp beyond raw, mega men, and pro performance is all house brand shizzzz... And the Vitapacks are a scam brother
 
quit buying GNC's crap. Controlled Labs Orange Triad is the best. Best quality and bang for the buck.
 
Currently have Alive brand multi ATM.
 
I checked out the orange triad and will be picking some up. I gotta check with GNC about returning the unused portion of these. I appreciate everyone's input, thanks!

Like everyone's said, Orange Triad is a high quality multi. We also have a powdered version which contains Greens in it as well. You won't be disappointed with either product.

Let us know how ya like it! There's always good deals on it through all the supplement stores on the forum.

guys what is your opnion on Life Extension multivitamins? How good they are if you compare with Orange triad, Anavite etc.

I know some people swear by Life Extension, but it is hard to beat the value of Orange Triad. Not only do you have a complete multi vitamin, with good sources of vitamins, but you also get a joint, immune and digestive complex. Not to mention Controlled Lab' lift your label program!
 
Now Adam is a nice one. Has P5P and Methylcobalamin as part of the B-complex which is hard to come by...more bioavailability. Also it is only 2 caps per day.

I still think Orange Triad is one of the best out. Plus there are a few times a year that you can get great deals on it.
 
Orange Triad or Opti Men. I've liked both of those even after consistent usage.
If I had to pick a favorite, it would be Orange Triad
 
Food from the grocery store as I usually stick to veggies that are bright colored for my essential vitamins. But multi vitamins do have their place as well :)
