I do 2 hours of water polo 11-1
Gym sometime later(usually 5-7), and some water polo volunteering[3-4:30] (but i rarely workout during)
I was thinking c5 on practice days and tournaments and then cvo3 on game days
well, based on when you would be using and dosing, your protocol does look solid.
you could still use the c5 on game days too with cordy ultra or just the c5 and dose it early in the day.
