Best mood stabilizer/relaxing agent w/o Sleepiness while ON

I'm an even-keeled guy.

I get very irritable/testy on many PH's and gear alike. I just do. I'd like to be able to control these quick-tempered and aggression (some times rage-like) sides. I know, I'm wanting to have my cake and eat it to. Imagine that.

I stopped taking these things as I found them to be counter-productive in my life but I sure do miss the gains and physique altering abilities.


Anything help CALM me eradicate these sides without making me sleepy?

Without going the prescription route,.. I don't know. Sorry.
I take a mood stabilizer, but I'm prescribed it for bi-polarity. But it def helps when I want to strangle the guy driving in front of me!!!
