Best meal before bed

Is this gonna turn into a "no carbs before bed" thread?


3 cups reeses puffs with whole milk
 
Frozen yogurt sounds great but I don't consume any dairy unfortunately. I mostly stick with slow digesting carbs and fats but I was really looking for other meal options as well as meals that have been deemed effective.
 
I've been doing lean ground beef with some taco seasoning and 1/2 to 3/4 cup of pasta before bed. I haven't been waking up outrageously hungry in the mornings like I used to since starting this.
 
my current go to is a 1/4 heavy crème and a scoop of brown sugar protean. stuff is like drinking doughnuts. yum.
 
try 2 scoops of whey protein , 20 grams of oats and a table spoon of udos choice efa's

thats protein , carbs and essential fats covered
 
Before bed I always go with a protein pancake. 6 egg whites + 1 scoop casein. topped with 2 tbsp of Almond Butter. oatmeal is added for cabs depending on macros.
 
Crap load of cinnamon toast crunch

Hell yes.
"Breakfast" is for anytime of day.

Carbs later in the day does wonders for my sleep quality.
As much as I love my sugary cereals I am a huge Oatmeal Crisp fan
 
Banana, Ice, 1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream, 1/2 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk, 2 Scoops of Mass Gainz. Some of the best chocolate protein icecream I have ever made!
 
Anything anabolic, so food.


I like spaghetti. Fat, protein, carbs various fruits (tomatoes) and veggies (onion, peppers, mushrooms), cheese and more delicious than cottage cheese or protein powder.

Pizza is a good one. Easy to heat up, or just eat it cold.
 
I just had a 7oz rump steak, avocado, broccoli, 2 spoons of coconut oil and a spoon of fish oil :)
