Share a little info, age, lifting experience, diet, supplement history, that way some one may be able to recommend something for you.

17 years old 5'4 112lbs :( been lifting for 3 months not seriously with no serious diet or anything and only whey protein. These last 2 weeks i had a serious 3k diet taking true-mass and universal storm which i finished taking. Also i made a 10lb gain in 3months. I am currently doing rippetoes starting strength and its working out great i just want something to boost up my energy and to build up my mass faster before the school year. Thanks

Since you're just starting out, focus on the basics:

The most important factor in adding mass is your nutrition. Calories and protein should be your focus. To put on weight you need to take in more calories than you burn in a day, and you need to make sure that a decent amount of those calories come from protein (let's say 120-150 grams a day, given your size).

The True-Mass you're using is a good option, since it is essentially a convenient food (calories) and is high in quality protein. For most people, the next staple is creatine, which you're already taking in Universal's Storm.

The next piece I might suggest would be a pre-workout supplement (since you said you wanted energy). Some favorites on this board tend to be Jack3d (USP Labs), White Flood (Controlled Labs), and RPM (Applied Nutraceuticals) - though there are many, many more. I'd also suggest taking a multivitamin to fill in any nutritional gaps, and maybe even some fish oil if you can afford it.

Other than that, make sure you get plenty of rest. Best of luck!

thanks, but i finished my true-mass and universal storm. The universal storm gave me energy. This is the stack im planning on doing next it will cost me but i think it will work for me.
Multi-vitamin: Opti-Men
Protein: ON Whey
Creatine: Universal Pump
if i have extra money ill buy Universal Torrent, i heard its one of the best Post workout shakes out there.
Tell me what u think of this stack thanks.

its not a bad stack but dont focus on your supps being your savior in gaining mass man, mass comes with tons and tons of food with lots of protein so me personally i dont take any creatine just protein and a multivitamin and im set just pack on the calories and mass amounts of protein and you will be set

Yeah totally agree, i just think ill have more energy from it and it will support my diet.

I had good luck with Cytosport Gainer. Other than that i would recommend a good quality whey like Optimum Nutrition, for your energy i would def recommend White Flood and some Green Magnitude. Both of those products are made by Controlled Labs and they rock,i use that stuff all the time. Assuming that your only 17 and don't have all the funds in the world i definately would check out that WF and GM,the price per serving ratio is unmatched.

Other than that EAT,SLEEP,LIFT HARD!

Hey bro, don't stress. I was like you a long time ago until I started eating right. Seriously, food is so much more powerful than any supplement I've ever tried. Count your calories and always try to eat a little bit more. You can easily make a 1000+ calorie shake with a combo of

- Oats
- Peanut butter
- Chocolate whey
- WHOLE milk
- Squirt of honey

And it tastes amazing. If you can down one of those in the morning, prepare to start racking on the pounds. You're gonna do fine, just stick with it and remember to keep your diet clean. Supps are great but they're no excuse to skip out on real food. Cheers!
